My car was taken for repair (£710 worth) shortly after a noise was heard from the wheel they were working on, when taken back they claim they couldnt hear the noise and had the car on the ramp both wheels taken off, car was back within minutes and they suggested it needed 2new strut mounts, when asked if safe to drive the advice was to "just drive it love". Noise continued so had BMW look at it, they heard the noise and within seconds found the problem, A MISSING WHEEL NUT AND ONE ONLY HAND TIGHT ABOUT TO COME OFF ALSO. BMW WERE SHOCKED AS THEIR EMPLOYEE PICKED THE CAR UP FROM MY HOUSE AND CLAIMED HOW DANGEROUS IT COULD HAVE BEEN TO ANYONE IN THE CAR AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC HAD THE WHEEL COME OFF. DARRACOTT DONT WANT TO KNOW. AVOID THIS GARAGE, clearly they DIDNT look at the car and take the wheel off as they would have noticed the wheel nut they had left off originally and the other being loose, so first they are negligent then try to con me for strut mounts!
